Estonian BMW dealership changed hands

Grant Thornton Baltic advised the sale of AS United Motors (BMW, Mini, Kia) vehicles retail business in Estonia to Inchcape Motors Estonia OÜ.

As a result of the transaction, AS United Motors sold its BMW, Mini and KIA vehicles retail business at Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Kohtla-Järve dealerships to Inchcape Motors Estonia OÜ and AS United Motors continues with BMW vehicles maintenance and repair at Peetri dealership located near Tallinn and real estate administration. 

Grant Thornton Baltic offered the following solutions:

  • Advising the seller on legal, financial and tax due diligence (sell-side) of AS United Motors;
  • Advising the transfer of business, including determination of assets transferred, drafting a wide range of agreements and notifications;
  • Advising the negotiations of the terms and price of the transaction.
