Grant Thornton Baltic has been the audit partner of the Amserv Group since 2019.
We performed the statutory financial audit for consolidation group of Amserv Grupp AS, which includes several companies in Estonia and Latvia.
Immediately at the beginning of the cooperation, it was clear to the client that in addition to financial audit, he also needed our knowledge in internal audit, taxes and other areas in both Estonia and Latvia.
Grant Thornton coordinated the management of trans-Baltic projects from Estonia where the client's main business and management are located, which gives the client's management the opportunity to communicate with one main contact person for all services.
The financial audit project was led by our partner, sworn auditor Mart Nõmper. The audit team included sworn auditors Kristiine Villem and Anni Vaiksaar and assistants Bruno Meder, Jüri Lillemäe and Birgit Uibu.
The tax advisory project was led by Kristjan Järve, partner, Head of Tax. The internal audit project was led by Kai Paalberg, Head of Business Risk Services.
