Kristjan is a partner at Grant Thornton Baltic and one of our most experienced employees, who has been working in our company since 1999.

Kristjan possesses inimitable experience and knowledge in tax and business advisory.

His main role is to understand the tax risks and untapped opportunities in clients’ business activity. He also advises on the tax-efficient conduct of mergers and divisions, various restructurings and strategic transactions.

Kristjan’s areas of expertise include corporate taxation, VAT, international taxation (including cross-border employee taxation) and transfer pricing.

Kristjan is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Tax Expert Group in Estonia, and the IFA Estonia (an international association dealing with tax law) and Grant Thornton’s international expert group on transfer pricing and VAT.
