Kai is a good example of how one person can be both a good specialist and a good manager. Kai manages seamlessly both the job of internal audits and leading her team.

Kai has been working for Grant Thornton Baltic since January 2019. Besides keeping the work of her department running smoothly and effectively, Kai is also responsible for performing internal audits. Kai holds a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) certificate and is certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

Before coming to Grant Thornton Baltic, Kai worked for many years in the Ministry of Finance Financial Control Department where she conducted audits on projects supported from EU funds. From 2011–2018, Kai was the head of the audit division at the Financial Control Department.
