Inspecta Estonia OÜ is a part of the international enterprise Kiwa, which is a leading company in the field of testing, technical inspection, and certification. The business activities of Metrex involve the calibration and inspection of measuring instruments.

In preparation for the acquisition of Metrex, we conducted a thorough pre-sale company audit, encompassing financial, legal, and tax aspects. We identified risks that need to be considered during negotiation and the drafting of the purchase-sale agreement.

Kiwa employs over 10,000 individuals across more than 40 countries. It is ranked among the top 20 global organizations in the testing, technical inspection, and certification (TIC) sector. Kiwa offers services in certification, technical inspection, testing, training, and technical consulting.
