Nadežda has more than 14 years of experience in the field of taxation. She is highly knowledgeable in corporate taxation and is also well versed in the tax regulations of the Baltic States, Finland, Sweden, and Poland.
Before joining Grant Thornton Baltic in 2021, Nadežda worked as a tax specialist at Tallink Group for three and a half years. Prior to that, she was a Senior Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young. She has also worked in the public sector at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, where she was involved in tax fraud investigations.
