Grant Thornton Baltic advised United Motors AS in acquiring Auto Forte Tallinn OÜ, which is the official retailer of Peugeot and Hyundai vehicles. Grant Thornton Baltic advised United Motors in finalising the acquisition terms and advising on pricing negotiations.

Grant Thornton Baltic advised AS United Motors in the following areas:

conducting legal, financial and tax due diligence;
advising the acquisition of business, including determining the assets to be transferred and drafting a wide range of agreements and notifications;
advising on the terms and price of the transaction during the negotiations;
drafting the notice of concentration.

The project was managed by Grant Thornton Baltic OÜ partner Eneli Perolainen, while significant contributions were made by our legal, tax and financial advisers Aet Sallaste, Elis Vija, Kristel Tiits, Sander Adamson and Mikk Mägi made substantial contributions.
