On 26 February 2025, the European Commission (EC) released a new package of proposals (the Omnibus) to amend some key pillars of the European Green Deal. The overall goal of the Omnibus is to reduce reporting burdens, particularly for smaller and mid-sized entities, and increase efficiency in sustainability reporting.
Objective
Resolving ESG issues in your company through provision of a management and consultation service. There isn’t always a need to hire a dedicated ESG manager, since various aspects of the function can be outsourced. Outsourcing means bringing experienced specialist expertise to the company in a suitable timeframe or for launching certain projects.
Outsourcing the ESG manager function is a conduit for bringing in competences, experience and best practices that for smaller companies can otherwise be unattainable for a longer term and on a full-time basis.
