With Riin’s experience, internal audit contributes to hedging major risks in fields that are important for the organisation. This in turn helps move toward fulfilling goals and increasing client satisfaction.

Riin joined Grant Thornton Baltic’s Business Risk Services in February 2019. Before that, she served as the University of Tartu’s internal auditor. In addition to internal audits, Riin has performed financial audits and tax audits.

At Grant Thornton Baltic, she is responsible for planning and conducting internal audits and related advisory services. Riin holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificate, Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) certificate and Qualification level of a Public Sector Entity’s Internal auditor (ASSA).
