Kristjan is a partner at Grant Thornton Baltic and one of our most experienced professionals, who has been with Grant Thornton for more than 25 years.
Kristjan possesses inimitable experience and knowledge in tax and business advisory. His main role is to understand the tax risks and untapped opportunities in clients’ business activity. He also advises on the tax-efficient conduct of mergers and divisions, various restructurings and strategic transactions.
Kristjan’s main areas of expertise are corporate income tax, transfer pricing, international taxation, transaction and restructuring advisory, and value added tax.
Kristjan is a member of IFA Estonia (the International Fiscal Association) and is also part of the Grant Thornton network’s transfer pricing and VAT expert groups, as well as the Nordic-Baltic regional working group of tax advisors.
