A new partner at Grant Thornton Baltic

Kristel Tiits, a long-term employee of our company and Head of Legal, became a Partner of Grant Thornton Baltic. In total, we now have seven partners in Estonia and 15 in the Baltics.

Kristel Tiits 350x350.pngKristel Tiits joined Grant Thornton Baltic as a Legal Adviser in 2008. Soon she became a Legal Manager, and from 2021 Kristel Tiits has been the Head of Legal services. As a Partner, she continues to work developing the field of legal services and her team so that our clients receive the best professional legal support. "The increasingly complex business environment increases companies' need for legal advice. We can also see that more and more business transactions are being made. Therefore, we have a great opportunity to support clients in realizing their growth plans," confirmed Kristel Tiits, who became the Partner of Grant Thornton Baltic as of July 1, 2022. This decision was officially confirmed in October, when the meeting of Baltic partners takes place.

Mati Nõmmiste, the company's Managing Partner, confirmed that Kristel Tiits'es good work over the years testifies to her excellent professional knowledge as well as her ability to create and maintain client relationships and motivate employees. "Therefore, it was logical to offer Kristel the opportunity to take the next step in the ranks of our partners. Recognizing talented people and offering them new growth opportunities is a natural course of things in our company," confirmed Mati Nõmmiste.
