Under the deal reached in November 2018, United Motors acquired the existing distributor for the two automakers, Auto Forte Tallinn OÜ. Auto Forte is the official Peugeot and Hyundai dealer in Estonia, selling new and used vehicles and providing post-sale service.
Grant Thornton Baltic provided advisory services for laying down the conditions of the acquisition, defining the assets to be handed over, preparing contracts and holding price negotiations. Grant Thornton Baltic also performed duediligence for Auto Forte Tallinn OÜ to be sure that the acquisition was in line with the buyer’s wishes and conditions.

United Motors has purchased the distributor of Peugeot and Hyundai in Estonia. Grant Thornton Baltic provided advisory services for the transaction.
