Tarmo was hired by Grant Thornton Baltic as an audit assistant in 2007. After a few years, he was promoted to audit manager and since 2013 he is a sworn auditor.

As an audit manager, Tarmo is responsible not only for conducting audits but managing audit projects and supervising the team. Tarmo has managed audit projects in various fields: ranging from real estate and commerce to the public sector.

Tarmo can convey his knowledge and experience in an interesting manner and he is a well-regarded in-house trainer.

Tarmo is a member of the Board of Auditors.
