Skills development is one of our key strategic issues and we have an explicit policy to invest in the development of junior staff. In practice this means for example that you are setting up a personal development plan with your manager. The plan is realized partly through internal and external training.

Want to become a certified public accountant?

To become a certified public accountant you not only need to have the right qualifications (education and experience) you also have to undergo tests to obtain your authorization. Tests are conducted at the auditor committee. We encourage our employees to develop their education further and obtain relevant authorized certificates.

Young and eager to become a manager – no problem!

We have many young in managerial positions at Grant Thornton Baltic. We see no problems if you want to develop from auditor’s assistant to auditor and from there the chief auditor. We focus on challenging and varied tasks, personal development and the ability to balance between working life and private life.
