Membership creates new opportunities for collaboration
“Grant Thornton Baltic brings valuable advisory expertise from all three Baltic markets to our members, ranging from financial analysis and business valuations to tax and legal structuring. This support is essential at every stage of the investment lifecycle. We look forward to the knowledge and experience they will share with our community,” said Kärt Klein, CEO of EstVCA.
According to Dmitry Mishchenko, a financial adviser at Grant Thornton Baltic, joining the association reinforces Grant Thornton Baltic’s commitment to being a trusted advisory partner for businesses and investors, while actively contributing to the development of the business and investment environment across the Baltics.
“By joining EstVCA, we aim to build closer relationships with private equity and venture capital professionals, exchange knowledge and identify opportunities for collaboration. We believe our extensive expertise can bring value to the community through investment transaction advisory, due diligence, tax and legal advice, and insights into the Baltic business environment,” said Mishchenko.
“We are pleased to become part of the EstVCA network and look forward to contributing to its work,” added Mishchenko.
