Why videos? We believe that with a video lasting a couple of minutes we can give you a better idea of what our company and colleagues are like than with pages and pages of descriptions decorated with shiny photos. By the way, you can already meet some of our colleagues because the people in the videos work in our company! Our leading partner Mati Nõmmiste, partner and sworn auditor Mart Nõmper, partner and head of the tax consulting department Kristjan Järve, accounting group leader Tiina Põri, auditing leader Meeli Tali-Aruväli, auditing consultant Bert Haabu, customer experience specialist Gaily Kuusik, data protection consultant Indrek Keis and finance and tax consultant Parol Jalakas all make an appearance in front of the camera! Only the part of the customer, Mr Klots, is played by hobby actor and stage director Rauno Põld. We also brought in the producer of the previous video that was made in 2019, Andreas Unt, who has worked previously with Megapiksel Stuudio. The screenplay of the videos stemmed from life itself – from stories told by our colleagues and from events that have taken place at our work.
Just in case, we would like to say that you should not regard as fact everything that you see, as there is also some abstract humour in the video. But it is true that we have about one hundred employees and more than one thousand very interesting customers. Therefore, we have a chance to get to know the work culture of various enterprises, wonderful people and different fields of activity. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. We went even further and made pictures that move – videos! These videos give you an idea of the main fields of activity of Grant Thornton Baltic – accounting, auditing and consulting – and of our culture. Yes, that’s right. We are not only into numbers: we also cherish humour, and we are helpful and solution-oriented with our customers as well as our colleagues.
