Merili joined Grant Thornton Baltic in 2020. As a business risk services advisor and an internal auditor, her responsibilities include managing projects, conducting internal audits and evaluations. Previously, Merili worked at Enterprise Estonia, carrying out various internal and program audits.
Prior to focusing on internal audit, Merili worked as an auditor. She has extensive experience in auditing various insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions. Therefore, in addition to the ability to see the company's processes and its parts, she also has the ability to relate this info to the financial world. Merili is a sworn auditor and, since 2019, a public sector sworn auditor.
