Kaspar joined Grant Thornton Baltic as a senior accountant in September 2024 and immediately took responsibility for some of our most challenging accounting projects.
His previous experience as a head accountant in the logistics and transport industry has proven particularly valuable in this role.
Kaspar enjoys turning complex situations into efficient solutions—his eyes light up when he can improve a broken process, automate workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies. Since July 2026, he has served as our Accounting Group Manager, where his practical “getting things done” attitude makes him both a trusted specialist and a highly valued team leader.
