Irina is known for her calm and responsible approach to work. Even in demanding situations, she stays composed and focuses on finding a solution.
She takes her commitments seriously and makes sure that work is delivered to a high standard and on time. What she values most about her work is the opportunity to keep learning, developing and taking on new challenges.
Irina joined Grant Thornton Baltic as an accountant in February 2021, progressed to Senior Accountant in 2022, and has served as Accounting Group Manager since July 2026. Her interest in programming has also shaped the way she approaches her work, strengthening her logical and systematic thinking and helping her find smarter ways to work with Excel, AI and new accounting software. She is quick to adapt to new tools and sees unfamiliar challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
