The recognized plant breeding company OÜ Rannu Seeme was founded in 1993, and the main activity of the company is the cultivation of grains and legumes, including more specifically seed cultivation.

Grant Thornton Baltic's transaction advisory team, which advised the client in the shareholder exit transaction, included Kristel Tiits, Partner and Head of Legal and Kristjan Järve, Partner and Head of Tax.
