  • As a new hire, your manager will help you orientate to the Grant Thornton Baltic culture, helps to guide your career and answers any questions you may have.
  • You’ll receive a performance evaluation after every job over 40 hours so that you know exactly how you’re doing.
  • You’ll receive an annual performance evaluation, which will be based not only on your work performance, but on career development areas such as your contribution to the firm, your can-do spirit and your involvement with firm activities like recruiting.

You’ll enjoy an atmosphere that fosters learning

  • Grant Thornton Baltic offers a structured new hire training syllabus geared toward real-world experience. Within your first month with the firm, you’ll participate in in-house training on in-depth accounting and audit tools and techniques. You’ll receive on-going training on the latest accounting pronouncements, interpretations, audit tools and other topics to keep you up to date on trends within the industry.
  • You’ll have on-the-job training from experienced staff and seniors.

You’ll learn from leaders

  • You’ll work with interesting clients on challenging assignments.
  • You’ll be assigned to engagements that generally last from two to four weeks.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to visit various client locations.
